CV5030
Leica Microsystems offers a fully automated high-throughput glass-on-glass coverslipper. The Leica CV5030 is designed to coverslip microscope glass slides bearing tissue sections or cytopathology smears. The instrument accepts quality-grade coverslips of different standard sizes and all common mounting media. The cabability of handling a large variety of slide racks from different suppliers makes the CV5030 a most flexible instrument. The possibilities of adaptation to individual laboratory needs is perfected through the option to integrate the CV5030 with Leica’s new ST5020 Multistainer making this combination a truly automated staining/coverslipping system.
